The graduate should have acquired the following knowledge and should be able to know:

1-      The different types of business institutions and their basic features.

2-      Different environments in which organizations work and the way to deal with it.

3-      The modern improvements and perspectives toward areas of specialty.

4-      The basic principles, theories and perspectives related to areas of specialty.

5-      Sciences are strongly related to areas of specialty.

6-      Research methodology, its methods as well as measuring and analytical techniques.

7-      Coordination between commercial and social sciences.

8-      Business and professional ethics in the areas of specialty.

 

-     Besides the aforementioned characteristics, graduates will also gain some important skills as follows:

Ø Intellectual skills:

The graduate should have the ability for:

1-      Analyzing and concluding results and following the scientific methods of thinking.

2-      Applying basic creative thinking.

3-      Criticizing and detecting the negative and positive aspects in different issues.

4-      Dealing with numbers as well as analyzing and interpreting it.

5-      Dealing positively with different situations, so it can transfer threats into opportunities.

6-      Presenting different ideas and perspectives clearly as well as expressing opinions in scientific ways supporting it with subjective evidences.

v What are the types of communication and information technology techniques available for the students in the program?

1- Students who study in English or in French can benefit from books and scientific references available at the College library through the Supreme Council of the University of Databases from 1990 through the link www.edlc.edu.eg. Students also can use the databases from home through the link www.dlib.eul.edu.eg

v To what extent internet services are available for students in the program?

The college has a new server where all computers can connect to the internet.

v Does the college conduct questionnaire on students' opinion concerning the courses at the end of each semester?

Yes, the Quality Assurance Unit distributes questionnaires to students throughout the four years in the five departments in the program of education in English and French to solicit the views of students about the courses.

v Does the results of the survey is conducted in an objective manner?

Yes, survey results is conducted in an objective manner through using the appropriate statistical tools to get recommendations on evaluating the performance of the faculty member, and students’ opinions on course content, and the satisfaction level about the facilities available in the educational process.

v Does the college benefit from the results of the surveys? What aspects of such benefits?

The outcome of the surveys is done through analyzing students' answers about the commitment of the professors concerning the teaching time, the course content, the office hours, the questions types, and also identifying students' needs of the facilities and the extent to which courses are linked to social and economic problems. The actual benefits can be stated as follows:

1- Direct the attention of professors to the necessity of the early distribution of the course description.

2- Not to deviate from the main theme of the course objectives.

3- Give opportunity for students to ask questions.

4- Use the advanced computer programs in the teaching process.
