This continues process where we learn from our mistakes and try toimprove.I can%u2019t transfer strategic plan into operational plan e.g., improve customer service.To translated into an operational plane is not easy due to communication problem.Strategic planes are usually taken 1-2 years to achieve through this period we needto translate this plan like give training to my employees, set policies andprocedures to how to treat our customers, create a new website. Operationalplanning can beTactic-centric (operationally focused) like how to treat your customer duringservice time. Budget-centric plan (financially focused) like funding an objectiveor idea financially.When you look at the main objectives as a leader from top-down where it comefrom top management. Resources either tangible or intangible should be allocatedand distributed according to the highest then to the lowest priority.Framework (a plan to how to achieve what is wanted) for monitoring performanceto measure success between performance and planned:Critical success factors: e.g., attendance to classes, time spent studying, andStrategic goals and targets.Diagnostic control system
